Hotel Le Continental

The room was very dirty with stains up the walls and no decoration either.

Evening and morning receptionists very helpful and friendly breakfast great overall an enjoyable stay great pity cannot book this hotel through Hotel.com anymore so will look at booking through another way

Stayed 5 times and always paid for taxes, breakfast and dog as we left. Receptionist asked me to pay on arrival which I did and I asked for a receipt to ensure we didn't pay twice. I had paid but before she gave me the receipt she served a gentleman who had walked in whilst I was paying. So not only did I have to wait for her to type out and print the receipt I also had to wait whilst she went to the back of reception to activate and then give the gentleman his key. I found this incredibly rude. Breakfast was good as usual but the scrambled egg did not come out at 8.30 as supposed to. We finished breakfast around 9.20 still no scrambled egg. But when I loaded the car at 9.30 it was out. The room as usual was clean and felt comfortable as always. I think we have stayed on each of the 3 floors now. Our dog loves the lift. Morning receptionist was polite and helpful.

Staff on arrival very unhelpful and moody. Spoilt our arrival. Morning staff pleasant and helpful. Room clean and comfortable but toilet too near the radiator could not so properly had to sit on an angle. Breakfast well presented and good value for money.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Room 103 is above the breakfast room from about 2am until easily 3am our sleep was disturbed by 5 people having beverages in the breakfast room (had to take the dog to spend a penny at 2.30am so know how many people were in the breakfast room) then another 3 times but for shorter time our sleep was disturbed. So sleep pretty much disturbed from 2am from people returning to the hotel and having a beverage and chat in the breakfast room. The hotel does not have 2 restaurants as advertised. I think the advertisement should state the things off site/not on site as I am guessing the hotel is affiliated to the casino. Breakfast well presented and worth the charge. Room clean and comfortable. On this visit our only complaint would be inconsiderate people and our room being above the breakfast room.

Spent a comfortable night in this clean ,efficiently operated hotel.A little distance from town however.No evening dining facility available.Nearby casino recommended for dinner but we chose to eat in a nearby Logis instead.Car parking available, but ramp a little steep for some to negotiate with cases.May be alternative entrance in peak season however.Pool,spa and golf available too. Good price for our stopover.

Good experience only one pillow per person and although I asked for another two it took ages to then only get an additional one. Not the end of the world merely frustrating. The morning staff on reception and breakfast were extremely helpful. Breakfast was full of variety and well worth 10 euros.

It was a nice clean room, very pretty surroundings and a good nights stay, the only downfall was you had to go across the road to get dinner, a restaurant on site would be good, but continental breakfast was good quality and plentiful

A nice hotel, spacious and very good service. Breakfast was OK - perhaps a little overpriced at €10 per head though for boiled eggs and ham. Bed was comfortable. No air conditioning though and a little noisy outside. Plenty of car parking down the side

Helpful staff.Decent sized room,comfortable bed,clean. Our room was quiet and the wi fi good.
