"Overnight stop."

Overnight stop on way to La Rochelle. Hotel nice, clean, room very good. Wifi not compatible with phones only laptops! No restaurant on site either. Breakfast buffet style available.

"Comfortable hotel in an interesting place"

We arrived in the evening on our cycling holiday - we were completing the Avenue Verte. The hotel is very near to the route.

"Not what it seems"

Photographs misleading, there is no garden frontage as hotel directly on main road. The gardens depicted at the rear is now a car park! Travelling with 2 dogs but luckily there was a park nearby to walk them. No tea/coffee facilities in room. No bistro or bar on site. Disappointing as description on website is misleading although these facilities are available in the casino across the road.

"in at 11.00pm, out by 0930am without breakfast,"

Room and bed fine/comfortable. Shower-head floppy, inconvenient to use. Staff cooperatively directed me to their sister business for a late dinner at the Casino. I don't know, but fear that they defrosted my steak in a microwave, insufficiently before cooking and the following day I had the worst stomach upset of my life, outside of Africa
