TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bossier City

Nice room, but it had bad water pressure in the shower. The room was huge. Clean kitchen lots of extra pillows and towels. Breakfast was great. Thank you Sharon and Carlisa for taking care of us in the mornings. Check in was easy. Will return for future visits to Shreveport.

Checked in super late due to our flight delays. The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were good, the bed was a little too soft for me but overall happy with my accommodations. The gym had two treadmills and weights. A little small but enough for a quick workout. Sharon and Carlisa took amazing care of us. Breakfast was great!

I loved the friendly interaction with staff and the helpfulness attitude. The cleanliness of facility was good but it would be great with more attention to details and repair.

Breakfast was great. Sharon was so friendly and helpful. We appreciated her sunshiny disposition first thing in the morning. We enjoyed our stop off through Shreveport. The Texas Roadhouse is conveniently close, within walking distance.

I just want to say that the Clerk Named Carlisa that work on Bossier City, La is super friendly and was very helpful to me. I think the young deserves a raise, simply because she makes me want to stay here and only here 🎉 the rooms are very clean, and smelled really good!

The receptionist Carlisa was polite as soon as we walked through the doors. She was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. The breakfast prepared by Sharun was amazing. From the setup to the taste was the best breakfast my family has had in awhile. Delving also was done great assistance while my son was running around.

The hotel employees are some of the friendliest staff I have come across recently. Currently traveling across country and this hotel was a nice break. We were greeted kindly and my children were offered suckers which they loved. Room was clean with no strange smells(if you know, you know). Air conditioning works amazing. Our room was nice and cold. There is a texas roadhouse right up the road, super convenient for having dinner. Beds are comfortable without being to soft. When going down for breakfast the staff was kind and happy. The breakfast has a good variety of options including silk milk for cereal. Sharon (an employee) was so nice and helpful. She even offered me cereal to take back to my toddler that was back in my room with my husband. I would highly recommend this location for any length of stay, overnight or long term.

Staff was abundantly friendly and helpful. The accessibility room was meh.
