"Southern hospitality at its best"

The air conditioning only cooled the room to 78°. There were tiny ant like bugs in the room. No ice machines available because they were all broken. The staff was very nice.

"Good, clean room, friendly staff & great breakfast"

Came to Bossier due to a death in the family and stayed at TownePlace Suites in Bossier. Shout out to Brenda and Sharon for a fabulous breakfast and warm hospitality. Will definitely stay here again.

"Exceptional"

So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly.

"Welcomed and Pleased"
