Arena Hotel

Our flight to Melbourne was cancelled, so we looked for an inexpensive hotel in the suburbs. This is more of a motel, with small rooms. They did have laundry though and the bed was quite comfortable despite the small room. A bus stop was nearby and allowed us to travel over to Burwood for great food. Not bad for the price if you're in a pinch.

It’s always been a good stay. Local to the shops and not far to qudos bank arena.

Dirty rooms, sheets had what looked like blood on them. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, Traffic noise. Additional charges to park a vehicle. Terrible service. I don’t think the cockroaches would even live here for free.

Thanks you for having reasonable prices and welcoming pets. We also loved your free parking area. Great access and easy to find. The breakfast area was very welcoming and convenient as well. The only part of our stay that we ask your team to improve on is the cleanliness of the rooms. We would recommend your hotel and yes we would stay again. Thanks

All good but prefers to stay on quiet side

Good basic room to sleep in, tonnes of parking, no hassle no fuss

2 Star Accommodation at a 4 Star Price. $240 for one night for a room that has not been renovated for 25+ years. Stained linen on the bed, no face washers, run down accommodation. Extremely noisey, road noise was so loud I thought the window was open but it wasn’t. Rooms also had a stale musty smell.

It was quite good but air con was noisy.
