Amazing place for holiday! Lovely hotel, food was very delicious and always available. Staff was so amazing. Special thanks for Kallia from Zeus bar. Always friendly welcomed us. It was pleasure to talk with her and discover more about Crete. Full recommend this place. Definitely will back 🏝️

Chose the back massage, it was amazing, Albora was fantastic, I have had many massages in the UK but this outweighed them all!! If you enjoy treatments then you must visit the spa, well deserved 5 stars!!! X

Very good hotel, territory is big and clean, rooms is good, personal was really nice. Food is good and all the time you can find what to eat no one left hungry. There is much of pools, but sun-beds got “reserved” with towels from early morning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We've come to gouves water park and from the outset had nothing but a great experience! All staff have been nothing but attending to every need, they are the most polite people we have ever had a holiday experience with. The members of staff that stood out for us the most is Maria I'm the Poseidon bar who loves to be here, she treats everyone well and is the loveliest person we have met in Crete. Thank you for making our family vacation go that extra mile you've been amazing!

As many have commented, this hotel is never a 5 star. Having just spent 7 days here, this is without question the worst hotel we have stayed in. The hotel is actually a building site, with ghastly food and terrible facilities. Avoid like the plague.

Amazing massage! Ema was really great and made me feel completely relaxed. It was so calming and enjoyable, exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend!
