Good food and nice service at Gyro restaurant. Mrs Nadia was very friendly and professional. Gyros was all right as what you would expect from gyros in Greece.

Stopped for a week at sandy villas and took advantage of the special dining experiences. Particularly enjoyed gyros for authentic greek cuisine. Great setting away from the main resort facilities , great food and a nice touch to the holiday experience.

At Gyros’ place with my wife it was a wonderful experience , dining in front of the pool and during the sunset in the evening and Nadia was very kind , taking care of us

One of the best hotels we went to I recommend it. This was a very good hotel. Very good staff and service, the food is lovely. The aquaclass was great. It is right next to a big sandy beach which has calm waters to swim in. Many big swimming pools. We booked 3 al la carte restaurants and they treated us very kindly. To give feedback on some things that can be improved: they only give water bottles in room on the first day and after that you have to buy your own from shop, this should be provided daily. Also there is a smell outside restaurant before walking in this should be fixed. The entertainment was very music it could be better. There are mosquitos in the local area at night so bring mosquito repellent. Overall a very great hotel I recommend it

Trip was great. Ammos restaurant in our heart. Great beach and good service. Beach is perfect for the kids. There are some swimming pools with waterpark.

A sensere thank you to management and guest relations for the quick response at a medical issue my wife expérienced. Jessica and Victoria where regularly checking in on us to see how my wife is.the food is gréât everything here is amazing. Best resort ever.

The food here was dreadful, very very poor quality. The room was not for 5 people - it was for 4 people, and one of our children was squashed into a campbed in the room. The staff at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Myself, my husband and step son (aged 14) all had a treatment with Freddy. My husband had a leg massage which he said was very good. He has very tight calves and gets regular massages at home to ease them. I then had a back, shoulder and scalp massage. I would’ve ideally liked a woman but I felt comfortable and relaxed with Freddy. I have very tight shoulders and he was able to relieve a lot of the tension in my back, followed by a relaxing scalp massage. My eldest step son really wanted a treatment and although he is a bigger boy they still allowed him to have the ‘children’s massage’. He chose a caramel scented massage cream and received a full body 20 minute massage which he absolutely loved. Very professional, friendly and kind team. Thank you

The positives - lovely location right on the beach, close to restaurants and we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed the pools. The negatives - the food and overall dining experience is very offputting, and we ate out for dinner most nights. Firstly there were rarely enough clean tables to sit at, the staff tried their best and I felt for them, but at busy periods, they need more staff. Choice and quality of food were not good. We managed to have toast and a boiled egg for breakfast, and ate at the quieter restaurant near the beach for lunch which was much better (opens at 1pm) but chose to eat out at the local restaurants for dinner, we could not face the main restaurant. It was absolute chaos as it's so big, too many people and the food was not good in our opinion. As we were only there 5 nights, we were not able to book the speciality restaurants (min 7 night stay required) We did not drink much but the gin and tonic served was so strong it was undrinkable, we kept asking for less gin but it was not nice to drink! There was a smell of drains in our room but we weren't there much and it improved when water was run from the shower, just one of those things in Greece probably. Overall, we had a good time, it was clean, lovely location and fine for a 5 day break but the food and main restaurant really let's it down. It's a 3 star so you get what you pay for, but there's no excuse for not having clean tables when multiple are empty and running out of water from the machines. This could have been due to a power cut but it happened twice. Our favourite local restaurants were Seagulls and Alex's Italian.
