The pool was not working. No hot water in the shower. Paid for two kitchenettes for both rooms but got only one kitchenette. Check-in staff talked too much, took 30 minutes to check us in. Check-out staff took 20 minutes, looked like trouble with the computer and had to call manager for help. Will NEVER stay in Quality Inn & Suites again :( :( :(

We weren’t able to use the pool because its under maintenance but in the app they did not mention that we are not able to use it, the check in time is 3:00 pm but they did not allow us to check in coz there is no room available at that time so we had to wait In our car for 30 minutes!

The place is a but run down and could use a make over regarding the room furnishings. Carpet a bit weathered. Pool area was taped off. TV was difficult and only one station was clear. Bed was comfortable and had clean linens and towels though.

The check-in went smoothly and the night clerk was friendly and efficient. The location is convenient, right off the freeway. The bed was pretty comfy. It wasn’t expensive. These facts account for the 2nd star. Beyond that, this place is blecch. A stale stench greeted us as we walked through the door. The floor was visibly dirty and sticky to the touch. The bathtub didn’t drain right. There was a hole in the wall and the carpet was peeling away in places. The TV sounded like it was about to explode and its picture was faded and grainy. The pool and hot tub are empty behind a cordon of yellow CAUTION tape. While I do stay at some nice places, I don’t have super high standards for rooms. I want a bed, a bathroom, a roof…and I want it to be clean. This it was not. As my son best summed it up, “They didn’t say what KIND of Quality.”

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. The pools and gym were closed, which was a major letdown. To make matters worse, the tv’s didn’t work, there’s only 1 light,you can hear everything if you’re on the bottom floor and they charged extra for almost everything. The staff seemed unfriendly and were always watching what we were doing, which made us feel uncomfortable. The bathroom was also in disrepair, with water leaking from everywhere. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was very run down. It smelled bad. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had water damage. The furniture was very bad. My husband had a hard time finding a working plug for his sleep machine. Lamps had no lightbulbs. The blow dryer was broken so they sent me into another room to dry my hair. It was horrible

Arrived late and was greeted by a receptionist that was wearing pajamas. Room was gross and the security latch on the door was missing.
