We specifically went for the pool and hot tub because it continues to be over 90 degrees in Sacramento and Cameron Park. They said it was seasonal which makes no sense especially with the spa. They just said sorry. No compensation or anything else.

Disgusting, dirty sheets, blood stains on sheets, unaecure, locks on door broken, had to put a chair & table against the door to block it, rude servive, a total disappointment, completely opposite to what pictures show on website

Straight crack shacks and old. Rooms smelt bad and one room had blood on the sheets. It’s a ran down quality inn. Poor shape and bathroom window was see through.
