Quality Inn & Suites Cameron Park Shingle Springs

This hotel had great service. However the first room was missing the glass in the bathroom window. We were up graded and given a new room without any trouble. The second room was clean but the cabinets were old and falling apart. The pool was not clean or usable. There was no water in the hottub. If you need a clean bed to sleep in for the night this is a clean place to sleep but I don't recommend as a nice family vacation.

Never stayed due to the horrible conditions and the false advertisement of amenities. The room smelled moldy and musty. Just a horrible place and felt unsafe to stay there.

Customer service was very good, cleanliness of the room was less than stellar.

Nothing

Light fixture switches didn’t work. Toilet was too short. Grounds were dirty and trash cans were full. There was no waste basket in bathroom.

No toilet paper and items in need of repair, electrical and windows

This place hade family's living there. There were cigarette butts all over the place. When we first walked into the room my wife said it smelled like piss. I thought it smelled like they were trying to cover up cigarette smell. One of the reasons we booked this place was there was a hot tub but that had been broken sence COVID. We will never stay there there again nor recommend it.

they had no internet on the property if you wanted to use your phone you had to walk to the sidewalk of the outside of the property. nor do they have hot water at any point in time throughout the 3-day stay there had to go pay for a shower at a truck stop
