Quality Inn & Suites Cameron Park Shingle Springs

The property is absolutely disgusting. There was no hot water operating when I arrived in the carpet. Absolutely disgusting soiled smelled old I asked if the facility was under repair that indicated no. The locks on the door did not work safely. The curtains were all torn away from the rod in the window. It's absolutely disgusting. I don't even know why this property is still accepting people to spending money and to stay there. Horrible

It was clean and had a breakfast nook ,it had a stove and fridge, it didn't have much on channel options for tv watching but for a comfortable clean bed for a good night's sleep it was just fine.

The place is old and it shows. The carpets were so gross i did not want to be without shoes. What was most disturbing is that there appeared to be people who lived full time in some of the units and I had been told that the hotel was used as a halfway house during covid. I have not verified if that is still the case but I wasn't comfortable staying there and didn't feel like my car was secure in the parking lot.

Neighbor came home at midnight and was loud until 5am. Lamps didn't work. Shower curtain had weird lumps of material on them. The HVAC control didn't work. Would not recommend.

We have to put a chair at the door because the safety lock it wasn’t there the carpet very dirty the furniture look like to pick it up from the garage sale

Older Property. Room was clean staff was friendly. Quiet given it was near freeway.

Very poor experience compared to all other Quality Inns where I have stayed.

The power went out I was not happy about that .

The woman at the front desk was lovely. Very kind and welcoming. The room was another story - it was tidy and attempts were made to add value - mini fridge , microwave /toaster oven thing , but the room needs to be gutted. felt dirty for the quick time I was there, curtains weren’t fully blocking view.

The cards given by desk clerk couldn't get us in our room 114. The desk clerk couldn't get us in either. He gave us room 102. The floor was dirty and the window in the bathroom wouldn't close. It was unsafe. We came for the hot tube that was show cased on the web. The hot tube was dirty and out of order. We didn't stay. The clerk said we would get a full refund in five days. He lied of course.
