Just barely average no soap no shampoo in the room staff a bit uninspired.

cozy enough, A little worn, but over all a great stay. Everything was clean and the staff was great!!

Room was not cleaned very good. Hair in the sink and carpet did not look like it was vaccumed. Desk chair was very dirty.

The rooms need refurbishing. My room had a rickety balcony and the slider out to the balcony didn’t lock properly. Slight smoky smell in room

Booked the single King room for one night. Bedsheets and towels were dirty, room smelled like a second rate bar, and the nearby occupants could be easily heard. Fairly certain the room was infested with bed bugs or that something untoward happened due to dark brown spots on covers, pillows, and mattress.

Nothing worked

We found Spider, cockroaches, room was deteriorating, smelly among others, will not stay here again or recommend it.

Worst service I’ve ever received

This place is an actual dump. We checked in and proceeded to our room, passing other guests who were standing in the door to their room smoking on the balcony. We went into a room smelling of cigarettes and a dirty, mildewy-smelling bathroom. None of the windows had screens on them, the room phone was not plugged in or working, the bathroom and shower were disgusting and the bathroom window without a screen did not stay open by itself. The carpet was wet, and both of the beds had long hairs in them, the refrigerator was frozen over and exploded our drinks, we were only provided half a roll of TP and ran out in the middle of the night - with no kleenex to use, and the room phone did not work either to call for more... in the morning, I walked into the bathroom, and sliced my toe open on the metal kick-plate on the bottom of the door that had been installed, and is hanging over the corner of the door. We were wakened by loud drunk people outside about every 15 mins. both nights and leaf blowers on Saturday morning at 7:30 am. The surfaces of the room were dirty and this place was just so disgusting. Too bad it's the only hotel in town. Save your $$ and literally just sleep in your car.....
