Holiday Inn Midland by IHG

Very nice clean updated room.

It was a great place however i paid for a room with a jetted tub and they don't have them so I paid extra for nothing!

The employees were really nice and willing to assist you. The rooms were clean. Being able to chill ar the pool and have food and drinks brought out were cool but beware there is an 18 percent gratuity that will be included with this service. The beds were comfy, the rooms are cute. The hotel is located close to the highway and many stores and restaurants that make it convenient, you do not have to go far for Walmart, Target, Burger King, Panera, Tropical Smoothie, a gas station, and many other chains. However, you really do not need to leave the hotel, the restaurant is not bad, you a pool and a hot tub, game room with a pool table. Enjoyed the no kids after 10 pool time, so appreciated!!! The hotel is also very quiet

I did not like that it could take up to 20 minutes for the showers to get hot, I do think this may have be attributed to too many taking a shower at once, though. They really want you to eat and drink from the restaurant, which is cool, it is a business, but taking out some of those tables for loungers would be great. I also do not remember being told to not bring outside food or beverage into the pool area, it does annoy me a bit because someone may not want that or be unaware beforehand. The buffet breakfast was cold, it was not the worst but the fact that is cost made it not worth it. I have had free breakfast from budget hotels with the waffle maker and they were better quality and FREE! You do have a menu option, we just did not select it, I will consider doing so next time. Again, breakfast buffet was not the worst but the food was not as hot, which was weird because it tasted fresh enough, lol!

This was a very clean hotel. from entering the hotel, pool area, and your room. No issues whatsoever. comfortable bed. the pool area was very clean, plenty of towels. restaurant on site. convenient shopping right behind the hotel. plenty of restaurants around. overall one of the best hotels i've stayed at.

This was a very clean property. The staff was very nice. Housekeeping, every day of your stay, which is very rare. The pool was absolutely wonderful with the hot tub leading outside and on-site restaurant. Everything was just great room was very, very clean.

The indoor/outdoor hot tub was nice and relaxing. Me and my Wife liked the different breakfast options. The full size pillows with the king size bed. Alot of hotels have the small pillows on a king size bed and it isn't as comfortable

The hotel was clean, and quiet.

Great stay. We were in town for a wedding, and the front desk did a great job moving around rooms so we can get in earlier than our checkin time to get ready for the wedding. Very clean and comfortable.

Room was spacious and clean with pleasant surprise of game room for family stay!
