Staff was excellent, food amazing, beds comfy room clean, outdoor hottub was awesome

Almost all games in game room were not working, elevator was pretty sketchy, lights flickering in hallways, no hot water, hot tubs jets buttons worked half the time

The room was good sized and the extra seating was nice. We enjoyed room delivery of the breakfast for $12 ea was a nice way to start the day.

Bed like most are mid comfortable.

"Mediocre overall experience"

It was close to everything, shopping, activities and restaurants. Rooms were clean and modern. Pool area was awesome. Large TV. Plenty of lighting and storage. Beds were comfortable. The young lady that I spoke to at the restaurant was cheerful. Check out was easy and the gentleman at checkout was professional and polite.

Front desk staff at check in were not friendly. They never cracked a smile and acted like us being there inconvenienced their day. The heat didn't work in our room. The ATM wasn't working on a weekend. The kids weren't able to use the arcade unless I went elsewhere to get cash. For the price of the room, restaurant etc and the imagine the hotel is trying to project
