"Wonderful hotel and a great value in Arlington."

I was in town for a 90 year old friend's birthday. The Suite was much more than I needed, since I spent most of each day with my friends. I did take advantage of the breakfast both mornings. It was plenty of food and saved time to help me get to the day's activities.

I try to work out every day and selected this hotel because of it's exercise room. I was never informed that they were renovating the room, so it was not available. I found out when i went to work out.

It was in a good location.

When I checked in the attendant was on her cell phone having a personal conversation did not acknowledge me as she was checking in and just pointed to the direction I need to go to my room. The bathroom door was broken so my child got stuck in there. Then the only elevator broke.

Property was close to the convention that we drove to Arlington for.

We were late to check in (we got in at 8pm, I know it’s our fault!) and they cancelled the reservation without giving us a heads up. The front desk explained its policy after 7pm to run the card on file, and since the card on file didn’t work she assumed we weren’t coming and gave our room away. We thankfully got another room! Thank you to her truly!!!!! Our outlets didn’t work in the room and toilet stopped working. We managed to fix the toilet after a bit of troubleshooting, but it wasn’t a highlight. The lights in the bathroom were so dim there was almost no reason to have them on in the first place. We also had to reprogram our keys twice during our 2 night stay for reasons unknown.
