More maintenance in cleaning around windows and baseboards of bathroom.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly

In the bathroom tile was loose, there was very little lighting, only a couple outlets, elevators stopped working on one of the days, the bathroom was supposed to have a shower hose for handicap according to the pictures, but it did not

Our room smelt like cigarettes, the shower knob did not work, it would not stay in one stop it would slide all the way down to hot it burned my daughter when it got hot, I found hair on the bed and pillows

Comfy bed and pillows, very spacious rooms, good breakfast options.

I called down the front desk to ask a question, no one answered so it rolled to a call tree that put me on hold for 20 min. I eventually hung up and called back, same thing. After the third time sitting on hold for several minutes, I just walked down to the front desk and found two staff sitting there talking, no customers. Not sure why they couldn't answer the phone for the last hour or so. Also, breakfast kept running out of items and it took a while for staff to replace it. Two containers for coffee, but both were out several times (which is a process/planning problem, not a "too many people" problem), etc. Same with some of the food options.

Friendly staff, nice clean facilities.
