"Could’ve saved money and gone elsewhere and had a more comfy stay"

Staff was amazing and friendly. However the stay itself was nightmarish constant thumping and noisy guest and a ac that never cooled below 75 degrees. For this to be one of the pricier hotels in the area is laughable. Could have saved $40 an stayed at a place down the road that would have at least had a properly working ac. $115 wasted on a barely 2 star hotel experience. Cabinets and beds were halfway torn up as well.

Everything except the staff they are very friendly 10/10 to them

"Disappointing stay, not likely to stay there again."

The location

The room was less than clean when we arrived, had to have new keys made twice (in three days), no sugar for Luke warm coffee, no kid-friendly cereal available two out of three mornings, toilet was clogged (front desk did not have access to a plunger; only offered to move us…we were leaving later that morning).

"Best holiday experience ever!"

The staff was welcoming and engaging, like talking to family. Breakfast was way more than what we thought it would be. The popcorn /baked cookies in the afternoon was a pleasant yummy surprise. Excellent overall experience.
