Campanile Hotel Northampton

The hotel in Northampton was clean and tidy.the breakfast was very good. Enough parking. Would have been nice if there was some tv reception just to relax at the end of the day. This hotel is a reasonable overnight spot a bit pricey but ok.

Ideal location, very near Harvesters for meal, but lovely breakfast in hotel

They close the bar when they want to, don't rely on it being open and being able to get food or drink. Seems to be at the managers discression if they want to open.

The cleanliness was excellent but the carpet have few stains and the bed was to soft otherwise the stay was good

Staff changed my room no quibbles when aircon wasn’t working

No room service after 9pm or meals available after 9pm in Harvester opposite. I was put in room 101 and I had 3 hours sleep in total. I was woken at 3am by men going in and out of room next door and could hear them talking loudly through the thin wall. Lots of work going on at the motorway junction here so wondering if it’s workmen coming and going. Feel exhausted. When they eventually were quiet at around 4.30am I couldn’t get back to sleep. Now have to try and do a day’s work feeling like this and face a 4 hour journey home after it. Not happy

Easy check in, hotel very clean. The only issue i found was the mattress was very soft, on further inspection matress looked very old, also pillows very thin. Otherwise all good, friendly staff.

Okay - desk rate was £99, but we paid less than that, it is a bed for the night, in a modern basically fine room, but it the aircon was not working, the control panel was u/s, but admittedly we did not report it - as getting it fixed was not high on our expectations. No towels were changed, unless you took them down. We had the window open, but noise was not an issue. For £99 I would have not been overly impressed. For what we paid it was fine.
