La ubicación, el desayuno y el trato del personal

El televisor no tenia buena señal de cable se veía distorsionado, cuando llegamos el baño tenía un mal olor

There is no ice maker in the facilities. There is no gym, just a weight bench and a few free weights. No such thing as a wellness spa on the site. All we saw was a massage table. No coffee machines in every room and they didn't have coffee in the lobby at all so you had to wait till the restaurant opened at 7:00 a.m. to get coffee or any refreshments. I was there because my husband was in the hospital under palliative care. We made a 4-day reservation but we needed to cancel that reservation after one night because the hospital released him to come home to die. The owner of the property refused to refund our money and gave us back one night instead of the three. That was after initially telling me he would give me back two nights out of the four. He described it as a humanitarian gesture. I have other words.

Habitación limpia y con lo necesario para pasar allí una noche, como hotel de paso. No dieron también un apartamento, que contaba con todos los electrodomésticos. Habitaciones con nevera, perfecto.

Un poco lento en el servicio de desayuno.

LLegamos faltando 15 para terminar el tiempo del desayuno, luego de 5mins llegaron darnos el menu y luego a tomarnos la orden y ya no tenian pinto para desayunar, solo nos dieron las opciones disponibles entonces no entiendo porque nos dieron el menu si ya no habia disponibilidad, nos molestamos tanto que solo uno logro desayunar.
