The breakfast was beautiful and a fantastic variety to choose from , The breakfast staff were excellent and took our order straight away.

Dinner in the bar wasn't very nice at all Cocktails were poorly made ( missing key ingredients ) Bring Fly traps with you as the property was plagued with them, also a fan as the AC is poor and rooms were far too warm

"Ok hotel but needs improvement."

The majority of the Resturant staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Food was very nice. They left a happy birthday note, champagne and chocolates for my fiancé which I thought was a lovely touch.

Reception staff were not friendly and gave us zero information about breakfast, dinner etc. Cleanliness of rooms is not great especially bathrooms. We had a balcony and the balcony was very unkept and in dire need of some TLC. Our bathroom had a bad drain smell. I reported this to reception and the problem was not sorted. Very awkward walking through reception as there is no music in the background and as said already, reception staff not the friendliest. We will not stay at this hotel again.
