The actual casino is ok, but the hotel check in , ect is terrible. They hold to a very strict check in policy and make people stand around and wait for rooms that are already clean. If they are clean, why can't we just go to the room. Why do we need to stand in a lobby, when the room is available? It is weird to treat customers that could be losing $100- 1000s of dollars this way because they want $30 more dollars to check us in 45 mins early. If they let us check in, we would be in the casino and lose way more that $30. Its just a matter of principle and makes us feel less than as human when we check in.

"Elevator out. Had to haul all luggage up escalator. Front desk zero help."

When we checked in, we noticed the elevator was out from the hotel to upper level for the parking garage. We asked the front desk where we should park. She said across the street in the deck. This was our first time to this particular casino and we didn’t realize there was another garage at the casino end that didn’t require us to haul big bags up and down the escalator. Hotel was quiet. Bathtub very slippery (even with the mat). Beds too soft. Small casino was nice and easy to get to. We even won a bit but that didn’t make up for sore backs from hauling luggage.

One of the worst casinos. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Management asked me to leave because I did not give back enough of my winnings in the form of a " tip". Terrible attitude. No wonder it's so slow there.
