Harrah's Joliet, A Caesars Destination

I recently stayed overnight at Harrahs Joliet and I had a very good experience with everyone who works there. The ladies at The Grill were patient and helpful. The housekeeper was accommodating and most of all, the hotel supervisor was kind , considerate, and very helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit

Very disappointed with the lack of dining options and the fact that there’s no complimentary coffee or water available in the lobby. We will not stay here again

I am a Blackjack player. If you are too, you might want to avoid this place. At most, you will find two 3-2 tables on the main floor. Sometimes there is just one. The high limit room is only open very limited hours. Often there is only one table. Many rules and some make no sense. For instance, the high limit Blackjack table is no mid-shoe. Fair enough. But if the player or players leave mid-shoe so that there are no more players, and if you then walk up to play, they don’t give you a shuffle. So I guess it isn’t “no midshoe”; it’s “no midshoe unless all the players leave because the shoe sucks.” Likewise, getting even one courtesy shuffle can often be quite the ordeal. Etc. I have a host and I have provided detailed written feedback of this kind more than once. Each time, she has said she has passed it along to management but I have never heard from anybody. Lousy customer service especially since I am Seven Stars and bet relatively big. Stay away.

We stopped for the night on our way to Michigan. We found a great tavern within walking distance and did a bit of gambling in the casino. Great stay for us!

This was my first day at the Harrah's Casino in Joliet. The room was spacious, well laid out, and very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino floor staff was likewise very helpful and the overall experience was very pleasant.

The dining options were very limited within the hotel and there didn't seem to be any other walkable restaurants.

We had luke warm water in our room. The soaker tub was one highlight of our stay but the water would noy get hot. After waiting over an hour I attempted a shower thinking maybe the water heater simply needed time to warm up and still ended up with a lukewarm shower. Not a great way to start the day especially after paying a higher rate than we anticipated and ending up in a double queen instead of a king like we reserved.

It was very close to the show we saw, the room was clean and spacious, and the capability of 24 hour checkout was very helpful.

Room was incredibly clean. Smelled almost brand new. Anything that needs renovating is already in the process or there's a sign that it's pending. One of the better casino stays I've had outside of Vegas
