Very nice huge room

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Just ask they will get the answer the area around the hotel made me a little uncomfortable, but I’m a small town guy who was in a big city. The whole hotel smelled a little of smoke, but I got used to it all in all a good experience.

Good location but tired and in need of repairs. Staff friendly and patient.

Very nice staff. Unfortunately only one dining option. The toilet area of the bathroom had a few questionable hairs in it but the room really was nice.

We enjoyed our time there. It was very nice. It was good but not extraordinary.

I did not like there was not a complimentary breakfast and that there were resort fees.

Very good sandwich at casino restaurant

There are three bars on the property. One was little more than a bank of games with a server. All were closed by 9ish.

We booked this hotel for our wedding. We stayed for 2 nights, our rehearsal and our wedding night. Both nights we got in quite late so when there was an issue with the room, we decided to just deal with it rather than attempt to remedy it. Our first night, there was about a 2" cockroach on the floor of the bathroom. The sheets were musky, the pillowcases felt crunchy (I wish I was kidding) and overall, the room was less clean than you'd want. On the second day we asked the hotel to clean the room and provide new sheets/towels for us so when we returned everything would be cleaned. We came back to the room around 2am and the room was not cleaned, no clean sheets or towels to be found. At checkout I was asked how the room was, we said it was a bad experience and we will not be returning. The receptionist did not ask "What happened?" or "What can we do to make it right?" Instead, he said nothing, and we went on with our day. To put it in other words, this place has no business running a hotel and I would never stay here, nor recommend this hotel to anyone. Bonus: Their casino is not worth it either, I would go elsewhere if you're planning to stop by for that purpose.
