Nothing. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever experienced.

The hotel was a complete nightmare. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, especially at the front desk. They showed no interest in helping guests. We were shocked to find that beach access was restricted and required an extra payment, which was not made clear when we booked. The room and public areas were not clean, and the overall condition of the hotel was far below expectations. Customer service was terrible from beginning to end. I felt completely unwelcome and would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here during a 19-hour layover, and the staff made our stay much more comfortable. We arrived at around 8:30 AM, more than six hours before the official check-in time, and they kindly let us check in early at no extra charge. After a long overnight flight, this meant a lot to us, and we are very grateful for their kindness and flexibility. Every member of the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is also convenient, only about 10 minutes from the airport and a short drive from the city centre. We also had breakfast at the hotel. It was good value for money, with a decent selection and everything we needed.

The building and the rooms are clearly showing their age. The interior feels quite dated, with furniture and décor that look as if they haven’t been renovated in many years. The room was clean, but the facilities would definitely benefit from refurbishment. We also noticed that many of the sun loungers on the beach were worn out, with torn fabric, which gave the beach area a neglected appearance.

I stayed at Elite Resort & Spa for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The resort offers a beautiful seaside location with stunning views, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the swimming pool and private beach were well maintained and enjoyable. While some parts of the property show signs of age, everything was clean and well cared for, and it did not affect the overall quality of the experience. Overall, the resort provides excellent value for money. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Elite Resort & Spa again on my next visit to Bahrain. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful sea views and outstanding hospitality.
