Staff were lovely. Bathroom was modern. Room was a good size

Room could have been cleaner. Bed and pillows weren’t very comfy. You can hear other people in their rooms and in the corridor. Can easily hear noise from outside too.

Location was perfect for a birthday party we were attending in the local area

Reception staff (mail) when we arrived was clearly not a lover of his job and forgot to tell us that we would need to use our room key to access the lift to the sixth floor by tapping it once you’re in the left consequently we spent a good 15 minutes going up and down from 0 to one until we went back and he told us

The ease of getting there from the station. Conduct of staff, breakfast offer and the space in the room.

There was no fridge in the room. I couldn't get the temperature right in the room.

Everyone at the Stevenage Holiday Inn on St Georges have always gone above and beyond to make sure I am looked after. I'm here on my own for this trip which this is my seventh week. Its so nice to have these people that are always around you making sure you have all your needs met sometimes even before you realise there is something that you even need. There is not one person who has disappointed me which is remarkable as there are so many people, from the ladies & men at the bar who know exactly what I am going to ask for. the wonderful ladies and gents in housekeeping, Every one at the reception who never fail to wish you a good morning or goodnight to you as you go upstairs, its like having your family members with you, I never feel lonely, & regardless of how long they have been on their feet & I'm sure very tired by the end of their shift they certainly don't let it show to their guests. Warm & wonderful from start to finish, there is not one complaint I have, and its been 7 weeks stay for me this time. The security of their guests is amazing I always know I'm safe here night or day.

I cannot give you 2 or 3 sentences because I love everything here.

Great location, clean and spacious The staff were excellent especially Joseph who greatly assisted me in setting up a room for my training session

It is absolutely unbelievable that this hotel’s training room projectors do not support Apple Macs!!!!!
