Hotel looked clean and bright, staff welcoming, room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great

Parking across the road means you have to use the under pass but isnt clear where it is

"Awful experience"

The 2 staff on our check were not friendly but rude There no parking we spent 1hr after 10pm trying to check It waa an awful.experience Staff were not helpful

"Nice hotel, but if you manage to get your car in the carpark, you really don’t want to be moving it"

Very clean. Welcoming staff. Great location

Car park was an additional £12 on site in an incredibly limited car park, or £7 somewhere off site. This wasn’t clear on booking.com before. If you parked your car and paid, that didn’t confirm you your space, you couldn’t really move your car again and guarantee a space, which is steep at £12 a night
