Holiday Inn Stevenage by IHG

There was a window for fresh air. The towels were folded nicely. There was an iron in the room.

This wasn't a good experience. On arrival, the parking was full. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were not very nice. The milk had gone off in the room and so I couldn't make tea. I phoned down to reception and they wanted me to come down myself to pick up more milk. The VAT receipt did not match the price I paid for the room. So this will causes issues for my expenses. A list of small things that add up to a poor experience.

Sweets on reception desk 🤣

Really nice staff but they can't help with air conditioning🤣 We report that problem 3 times , 26° all night in room, window open, IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. Nobody coming to our room check what is wrong and they no offer different room. In the morning we asking about some refunds ore something similar? They told us to we need contact with website where we booking room because they can't do anything 🤣

Comfortable room.

Only problem was expensive and limited parking

Everyone was very friendly and they poured the best pint of Stella I have ever had!
