Ok hotel. Good, hot breakfast. Clean, but needs updating

Great place to stay! Checked all the boxes

There were white stains on the couch cushions and a large reddish brown stain on the pull out mattress

Bed was very comfortable and the room stayed cool.

We went to swim however the pool was cloudy the first day and green the next. Our first room was very musty smelling and the toilet wouldn’t flush in the second room. The shower was dirty looking and the shampoo bottles looked old and crusty.

This hotel is absolutely filthy. There was a huge crack in our ceiling over the bed that looked like a water leak that left behind mold on the ceiling, there were stains all over the walls all over the beds, and floors and neither of our T.V,’s worked and neither did the phone in the room. The exterior of the building had peeling paint, and missing stone bricks everywhere. It was in desperate need of renovation inside and out and cleaning. It’s unfortunate Searcy doesn’t have many options but beware booking this hotel.
