"Excellent"

There was something in the air (maybe they'd had water damage from the recent hurricane remnants??), but I had a crazy headache and my husband couldn't stop sneezing everytime we walked in the hotel. Other than that, the breakfast was great, the sheets were clean, and the staff was fantastic.

"Excellent customer service"

Lindsay at the front desk was very helpful and getting my coworkers into a room. Rooms were clean and can walk to dining. Would stay again for all my corporate needs. Parking was well lit and lots of spaces. The room was updated to days standards and ice cold air.

Location was great.

The room had a very high humidity level. The guest bathroom was not adequately maintained. As a party of four, we had only two towels in the room.

The room was nice and spacious for our family travel. They did not give us new towels after night one or clean up our room but overall it was good. Good breakfast too!
