Clean, close to everything, and functional

Needed more towels, more pillows, facial tissues

recently remodeled,room was clean,staff was very courteous and professional!

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I didn't realize when booking there was no pool/hottub. I also didn't realize that what normally is considered contental breakfast items were available, but not complementary and very expensive. After a week I am still waiting for the $100 hold to come off my card. I called to ask but there was a language barrier and nothing got accomplished.

would’ve liked to have had more towels in the room. it seemed everything was set for two except for the towels. I understand that all we had to do was go down for more but I would’ve liked the extra in the room

They claim this is a remodeled non smoking hotel The room I was given had a broken TV. toilet that ran all night, and a broken air conditioner The response was thank you for telling us. The rear entrance of the hotel is loaded with cigarette butts. There is no room service. You need to load towels in a laundry basket & take down to front desk which seems to be a problem with them finding new clean replacement towels. You can throw your trash in garbage cans at the end of the hall If you want a hotel with no amenities, bad customer service & filth then this is the place for you.

Very comfortable beds and pillows!!! The room was very nice and quiet. The renovations were fantastic and I look forward to my next stay with you!
