We enjoy being able to have breakfast there, and it is a very delicious breakfast, lots of options. Great location, and I think the pricing is great

Clean and wonderful place comparing with the experiences we stayed in the Grand Tedon Heart Six Rantch!

Chandler at the front desk was excellent!!

I loved the set up of the rooms - large enough for our family. The pack n play even fit inside the closet so it could be darker for the baby (we kept the closet door cracked open)

The person working at the front desk was not super friendly or helpful. I told him we had to Uber to the airport early and asked when breakfast started. He told me 6:30 (after we’d be picked up) but didn’t tell me that there would be cereal, yogurt, etc. accessible before that time. On our way out in the morning, I saw that we could’ve had something quick and was disappointed for the lack of communication.

Lots of room in the suite. Clean, nice and cool! Good amenities.

Front desk clerk very nice, helpful and very professional. She went put of her way to make sure my check in was welcoming and fast. Very friendly.

Some of the furniture was not like depicted in the website. Some stuff in the room seem old and torn.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The staff and guests were very nice. The suite was well set up for a longer stay although we only had one night.

There was a circulation vent running nonstop that wasn’t associated with the air conditioning.

Awful after years of staying here. We have stayed here many times. Unfortunately this time the internet and tv didn't work. It was 100 degrees outside and we have a newborn, children, and health restricted parents also staying. We walked into an open room called the freedom room that was large and empty. We used it for 1 hour to play a card game since wifi and tv broken. The sales manager came in and told us to leave since we didn't book it. We said we were leaving anyways. Then she proceeds to be very rude when unnecessary. We didn't know it needed to be booked. She starts saying she can't believe we would even go in there and used the most unprofessional sarcastic voice. Told us she is happy for us to never come again. There are much better ways to ask someone to not use a meeting room.
