JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen

I visited a lot of luxurious hotels. I must say this one is very good. The stuff are really friendly. The breakfast is just amazing. Everything is very clean and large and close to everything I wanted. Thank you!

The experience in JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen was a complete let down. Except for the lobby, the hotel looks very dated with hardware not meeting JW Marriott international standard. It feels like the landlord has been cutting corner to save cost, e.g. subpar hairdryer, the selection of toiletries brand, complimentary water brand, while sacrificing the quality and refinement that JW Marriott brand would offer. For software, I am not sure if there is a shortage of staff. The check in was normal, although there were some rude local customers trying to skip the queue and the staff did nothing. We tried to call multiple times from our room to request for additional water but no one picked up the call for hours. Also, the hotel does not support service request from app. So basically there was no service. Definitely will not return.

設施太舊，整體潔淨度就70分，room service 送來的咖啡超難喝，電視只能看頻道 電影都沒有；但打掃的阿姨服務和態度都很好，早餐自助餐的食物也很一般；房間內的電話很難用 也經常沒人接電話 要等很久

While checking in at the executive lounge, we had wonderful assistance from Charlie, who is very enthusiastic and patient in taking care of customer's needs. Furthermore, Lynn has been very helpful in taking care of our needs and welcoming. Overall this has been a great trip and led to a happy stay for us. The hotel has been kept in a good condition in general and room was wonderful. A small recommendation is to ensure bedsheet/ blanket care . Great experience overall
