"Good but with a few details lacking for the price."

Good to have somewhere that did accommodation, food and drink in Opononi. Comfy big beds and amazing bathroom.

Would have loved to use the private spa pool that came with the villa but it was full of beach sand from the last people who stayed so didn’t feel like it was clean enough. Toilet door handle was broken. TV didn’t have streaming platforms which was disappointing only because after a long day of off road adventures a movie would’ve been nice.

Great location and updated villas.

TVs needed update in Villas. Breakfast was varied on both days due to a large group on the second night. Suggest large groups be catered separately

Dinner service very disjointed. Drinks took 5 to 10 minutes, even the bar was only 5 meters away? The meals came out super quick - quality was ok, but service so quick does not make the dining experience relaxing. I ordered another drink after the main meal, while looking at the dessert menu - nothing in 10 minutes - so we left without the drink or dessert. There were about 20 people dining ( or less), 3 waiting staff and a bar person. There was a lack of coordination and leadership in the dining room. Need to have service coordinator directing staff to where the needs are, maybe heave the bar person taking drinks orders and doing delivery leaving waiting staff to the food delivery? The service coordinator should also be seating the patrons, ensuring they have what they need, any questions… An ideal setting that will not take a lot to make it perfect! Just a bit of coordination, communication and training.
