Includes satellite TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. Please note that the price is based on 2 guests. There is capacity for one (1) rollaway bed for 1 child 12 and under. 6 rooms are on the first floor and 9 rooms on the ground floor (3 of the Superior rooms are in a separate building.

The spacious Two Bedroom Family Rooms include two bedrooms with KING beds that can be made up as Twin beds on request. The front Ocean view bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. A 2nd full bathroom is located across corridor from 2nd bedroom. There is a separate lounge area with access to a private extended Patio, sun loungers and table for four guests. nice large room (room 23) small terrace although view was the hedge 2m away. Parking right by door. Very comfy bed.

The cups/glasses were not changed during stay. The restaurant was a disappointment - a little pricy and not as good as expected. There is a cafe next door (at petrol station) that does excellent breakfast options and 5 mins drive to Thai Landing cafe (open til 7/7:30pm) which was very good.

We loved everything about our stay - from the friendly greeting on arrival, to the time we said goodbye. We stayed in the newly renovated waterfront units. They are huge(!) and really comfortable. We enjoyed a really good meal in the restaurant and loved the warm, friendly staff. The Sands comes very highly recommended! We would love to come back.

Newly refurbished rooms made this hotel a very comfortable overnight stop. We arrived slightly early but the room was made available to us and we had a very happy afternoon enjoying the sun on the deck (Room 1).
