"Excellent"

The facility was great. The location was easy to access. The room was surprisingly huge & very nice. And, my husband enjoyed the pool. Was very glad to have the microwave, refrigerator & coffee maker.

The mattress was uncomfortable, the shower adjustor head kept slipping, the sink faucet wouldn't completely shut off after the 1st day, & the commode wouldn't flush without holding down the handle. We were a little disappointed in the continental breakfast as there were boiled eggs instead of scrambled & there was no breakfast meat or fresh fruit. Lastly, we were disappointed that there was no hot tub.

Location

Room carpet was filthy with several stains by entrance. There were live bugs in the room and the shower mat was wet. Closet door latch was broken.

2 1/2 hr wait for check in due to room being cleaned no digital keys and key card issue entire stay WiFi lagging rude staff with exception of 1 housekeeper and 1 host at check out

"I will stay at other LaQuinta’s but not the Lawton facility."

Nice decor and good beds. It was very clean. Plenty of hot water.

Cockroach in the room. Bathroom door would not shut.. The breakfast was the weakest I have had at my stays at La Quinta.
