"Very disappointed with the facility."

The lady that checked us in was nice

Breakfast was not good. Coffee was cold. The pool water was ice cold and the room was not clean …beds were hard as a rock and there were little bugs in the bathroom. I was very disappointed in the room. There was not bedding to use on couch bed and had to go get them and the tv wasn’t working so they had to come fix it . Air conditioner didn’t keep room cool.

Staff was friendly and check in was easy

It ws advertised on website as having a hot tub which is the main reason I booked her but they did not have one and i was really looking forward to soaking in it after helping my a=son move all day

We picked this specific hotel because they had an indoor pool and my daughter was so excited to be able to swim. But we were told it was closed because the heater was broken. It would be nice to include that when you go to book.

"Overall it was a nice clean place to stay and everyone was friendly."

I liked that it was pretty close to fort sill and by a lot of places to eat. Their breakfast was pretty good!

The pillows weren't good and there weren't enough trash cans and no closets
