The room had a smell when we entered. 2. The towels were not quality. 3. The taps are old and rusted. 4. The water was dirty. 5. The tv had only 4 channels. 6. There was no wifi. 7. The breakfast was not a buffet and the staff was moderately dishing for us. 8. We spent 2 days but our sheets were not changed. . I would suggest the place gets a full revamp.

Family room was spacious al Value for money Proximity of room to lifts Staff went out of their way to make me comfortable

The shower in that bath is not properly or correctly installed for adult use The TV channels on offer are a problem for me No sport channel was available Coffee and tea not provided for two people

The Staff was very helpful and very friendly, each and every person I met there went beyond in making sure my stay was comfortable.

Water is a challenge there not only the short supply and the quality of it ,was very hard to take a bath with brown water which you get hardly get at all ,if you lucky.

Wi-fi poor. Very limited Tv stations. Door lock reinforcement not there. Noisy Air Conditioner. Patrons not very decent. Surrounding area not very secure.
