The room was fantastic

There was no one there when we went to check in. We had to call them on a ring doorbell camera and wait 10 minutes for someone to get there. There was a sign that said “check in delayed until 3:30.” We got there at 3:45 and still had to wait. Not very professional. When she did get there she was nice and pleasant, though.
