Friendly front desk, heater worked well and water was hot!

Some upgrades were needed in the bathroom, faucets in sink and tub need replacing

I love this hotel. I will stay here every time I make the trip through Ozark. Everything is clean and its quiet. The front desk receptionist is kind and good at her job.

"We would never stay here again."

Location was extremely noisy with tons of semi's blaring right in your window. All night long, 24/7. There was no breakfast offered. Owner refused to repaor lighting fixture & we could hardly see which clothes to we were putting on. Old (40w?) light bulbs too (not LED). Reviews were very misleading. Owner is definitely in it for the money.

"Don’t expect to change your plans."

Location.

Water issues. Weak/low volume. Took several minutes to warmup. No ice machines. Lobby looked like a warehouse. We arrived late afternoon and asked for a room possibly for 2 nights. After first night, a large storm was coming. Being on a motorcycle and hundreds of miles from home we decided to cut the vacation short, packed up and was in the lobby before 9:00am to check out. We were told we couldn’t cancel the second night even though we agreed to the normal price. We had booked the room upon arrival yesterday). Wasn’t told you can’t check out without penalty. Motel was perhaps 20% occupied. Won’t be back.

The WiFi didn’t work. They didn’t have stoppers for the bathtub and said they were on backorder. Really? Pretty sure you could’ve gone down to Walmart and bought one for my tub before I got there. They never told us either of those issues when we checked in. They should’ve said, “We don’t have a stopper for the bathtub and the Wi-Fi is down and do you still want to stay here?” They also did not answer the phone when we called externally or internally they later said there was a problem with the internal phone number, but not until we ask them about it. That’s another thing they failed to mention when we checked in.
