All the alcoholic drinks had wired taste spat of beer and wines

Kareem die super vriendelijk en behulpzaam was en Max van de entertainment die echt super leuk is met iedereen! Het zwembad was prachtig en het eten prima.

De mannen bij de receptie zijn wat kortaf en ongeduldig.

Yemek çeşidi ve çalışanların ilgisi çok üst düzey özellikle Kareem beye ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederim. Her ihtiyaca hızlı çözüm sunuyor ve gerçekten ilgileniyor.

Otelde wifi sıkıntısı had safhada odalarda doğru düzgün wi-fi yoktu hele yoğun saatlerde wifi sizi atıyor çok büyük eksiklik.

Nous avons adoré l'accueil. Merci Kareem qui s'est bien occupé de notre arrivée et de notre séjour sur place. Nous avons eu une belle chambre très confortable. La plage est superbe et les piscines assez grandes pour tout le monde.

La salle de bain était un peu vieillissante. Nous avons trouvé la nourriture convenable sans plus.

Simply fantastic. We are a UK couple in our late 40s/early 50s. 2 weeks mid-June 2026. We have been to numerous all inclusives over the years and this one is top of the tree. Firstly, the clenliness: everything is spotless, and staff constantly ensuring it stays this way. Secondly, the pool: 2xhuge pools with varying depths to suit everyone from newborns to 7ft giants. Swim up pool bar is a big bonus. Also non smoking area poolside near children's area. Thirdly, the beach: vast expense of private sandy beach with luxury loungers, privacy curtains and separate adults only area. You can walk into the sea a long long way and still only be waist deep. Fourth, the entertainment: WOW, by far the best entertainment team we have ever seen in an all inclusive. Professional team of dancers put on shows more like las Vegas than egypt. Fifth, the staff: everyone, and I mean everyone are extremely helpful. Nothing is too much bother, and the best of them all is Kareem who constantly checked everything was OK, up to scratch and did we need anything. A future general manager without a doubt. Sixth, the food: Im a very picky eater, and even I was spoilt for choice every single day. Quality quisine at its finest. The catering team are a massive credit. There's also lots of a la carte restraunts which are easy to book via the App. 7th, variety: you have full use of the neighbouring hotel, with its aqua park and various a la carte restraunts. 8th, kids: constantly activities and clubs keep kids of all ages entertained, and the early evening kids shows are really good. Overall, we can not put into words how delighted we are to have come here. If your looking for the highest quality throughout, from start to finish then look no further. We came without kids and loved it, if you come with kids youll love it even more.

The only negative to the whole holiday is once your outside the complex, expect to haggle and barter for everything.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au SUNRISE Mamlouk Palace Resort. Tout était réuni pour des vacances réussies : un hôtel magnifique, des chambres confortables et impeccablement entretenues, une restauration variée et de qualité, ainsi qu’une ambiance conviviale et familiale. Les infrastructures sont excellentes, les piscines et la plage sont superbes, et l’ensemble du personnel fait preuve d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Chaque membre de l’équipe est attentif, souriant et toujours prêt à aider pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Une mention toute particulière à Kareem, qui a largement contribué à rendre notre expérience inoubliable. Sa gentillesse, son attention aux détails, son professionnalisme et son sourire permanent font toute la différence. Il a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos demandes et s’assurer que tout se passe parfaitement. Un grand merci à lui pour son dévouement et son excellent service. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances de rêve à Hurghada. Merci à toute l’équipe !
