They were nice and clean

Not a lot. Accept the staff for as accommodating, as it could be.

We had a room that didn't have any heat and we had to use space heaters. When I turned on my hairdryer in the bathroom, it blew the brakers. And the mattress was, as my mom put it." it was like a mattress I slept on in 1940". Also, the lighting was so poor that it was very difficult to see in some areas.And I had to move around some of the lamps.We ended up moving to another hotel. This property refunded the two days but had us pay for the night that was miserable. The new property we moved to was above and beyond our expectations and quite a bit less money.

The location , spacious and good view from balcony

We reached the property after a long drive to check in , the lady in the reception said , I am busy right now and asked us to wait . She just took of and came back after 10 15 mins to Complete the checkin.

Nice and comfortable appartement, also for traveling with a child.

No housekeeping with a stay of 3 nights.

The Sushi restaurant was lovely, and even though we arrived late they were able to provide us with a delicious Bento box.

the bathe fill is very strange.

Proximity to shopping and restaurants. Mountain view. We had a king bed with soaker tub which really added a great value. Ruth from the front desk was amazing. Will definitely return.
