I ENJOYED THE STAFF THEY WERE EXCELLENT I WAS THERE THE JULY 4TH WEEKEND. WOULD YOU BELIEVE THERE WAS NO SECURITY WHAT'S SO EVER. THE PATIO ON THE SIDE WAS NEVER CLEANED OFF OR UP KEPT FOR OUTDOOR Viewing AND SMOKING.I was appalled I asked about the Manager Duty. Found out after breakfast NO MANAGER NO SUPERVISOR NO SECURITY. BATH SOAP PRODUCTS SUBSTANDARD FOR A HILTON. SOAPS AND HAIR PRODUCTS NAILED TO The SHOWER WALL. LIKE A 2 STAR MOTEL. 😨😨 THERE'S A LOT THAT GO WITHE HILTON BRAND. MY GRUBHUB POPEYES ORDER WAS AT THE AGENT'S FRONT DESK LONG CHECK IN LINE ON FRIDAY. ONLY ONE FRONT DESK NO SUPERVISOR NO SECURITY. DRIVER LEFT MY FOOD AT 5HE AGENT DESK. 😱. I TIPPED $20TO HAVE IT BOUGHT TO MY DOOR. I CHOSE THAT HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE HILTON BRAND. I ENJOYED MY PACKAGE HOWEVER. ROOM BATH PRODUCTS WERE 2 STAR BATH PRODUCKS 🤮🤮🤮 I MET A MANAGER FROM DULUTH WHO WAS THERE TO HANDLE THE ABSENT GENERAL MGR DUTIES. I'M RETURNING TO TALK WITH A MOD ABOUT SOME ADJUSTMENTS ON MY BILL

No 4.5 star bath PRODUCTS Shower products nailed to the wall substandard. No slippers for the room rate I paid for. Agent couldn't adjust my room rate.undee $4. I was flabbergasted 😱😱😱. I've stayed at Hilton brand it's one the best. Open your room door and you received SUPER 8 EVERYTHING.. I WILL BE RETURNING TO TALK WITH HOPEFULLY MOD

Staff was great, breakfast was good, Always enjoy the Embassy Suites.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy, as was the whole room. Embassy Suites always has a happy hour and a restaurant in case you don't want to go looking for a place to eat after driving all day long.

The hotel, in general, is looking a little worn out. That didn't bother me too much. What did bother me is that we arrived at 5:30 pm. Outside our door were two bowls stacked and sitting on the floor. The room next to ours had a plate, sitting on the floor. Two doors down there was a room full of dirty linens, again, on the floor. When we went down for dinner I informed the desk. The linens were removed, but the bowls and plate were still there when we left this morning!

Great facilities and friendly staff

It was centrally located to where we wanted to be in the city. It was clean,safe and the staff was friendly and professional.

Everything was okay except the continental breakfast. All kinds of great food, but no cream for the coffee. All they had was some coffee mate flavored crap.. no cream.

Was a beautiful building and accepted pets with cozy rooms.

I used the text feature 2x to see if I could get an extra blanket for our room.. never came or acknowledged, the breakfast was waaayyyy overpriced but I'm sure that's a company thing not a building specific thing, the orange juice tasted like someone squeezed 2 oranges into a tub full of water

Rooms were nice and clean, the full breakfast was phenomenal 😋. Staff was attentive

One of the chairs was broken when we arrived to our room, which we promptly reported to staff upon leaving the room for a little bit. I thought that once we arrived back to our room, the chair would be replaced. But unfortunately it wasn't. 😕
