Nice and comfortable, a bit pricey, bar and restaurant open at 5pm close at nine,not much of a menu, you can smoke outside, indoor pool only, would stay again

The hotel was very dated. Several bathrooms downstairs were out of order. Carpets need cleaning. Pool is a mess-No towels and very hot. Hard to breathe in the pool room. Room (306)was not as advertised- we were promised tempurpedic beds and premium sheets. Neither were in our room. Bathtub needs to be recaulked- black stains that I hope weren’t mold. Tv in our room lost internet connection the entire trip. Our room temperature was comfortable but the hallway was unbearable. Felt like a sauna as soon as we opened the door. Elevators need servicing.

I wanted to check in early, I arrived about 2:15pm and checkin was at 3. She gave me a different room, I asked what was the difference and the only thing I was told was there was no tub just walk in shower. The room she gave me was completely different and missing alot of the things I originally reserved in a room stay which made my room and guest uncomfortable. I have included pictures of the room I had with just the bed, desk, chair, tv. The evolution room was supposed to have a sofa and chair separated from the room.

My stay was good, the only issues I had were the black mold in the shower and the water from the sink wouldn't go down as normal, which caused sink to fill up...

All the staff was great! But the guy Manager of the restaurant that was on duty Friday morning was Excellent; he was friendly and worked very fast. Food was great!! All staff however was friendly and answered/helped with all we needed. Rooms were clean and smelled clean as the staff was cleaning up and down the hallway. Enjoyed the nice sized hot tub which is a sale point when looking for a hotel for me so keep it . The location was great, was close to everything yet off main road enough to be quite and we loved that we had access to a walking trail from the hotel. Would definitely return to this location.
