Hilton Garden Inn Tyler

The burger was very tasty. The beds were quite comfortable. The front desk folks were friendly. Wendy, who works in the restaurant was very sweet and helpful.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Plumbing howls and screams for a while after flushing toilet!

While the property was visually appealing, there could be serious work done on the cleanliness. The first room we were in, the comforter was covered in black dog hair, the toilet was continously running and the door would not shut properly without a lot of work. We were moved to a second room, where the bathroom smelled as if someone has just gone

They placed us in a room next to another guest with a baby and then the baby woke up at 1:30 crying and they turned on the TV until 3am. Another Guest across the hall had a dog that barked every time someone went past the room in the hallway. So, a very unrestful night to say the least.

The hotel is going down hill. Our bed spread had hair all over and had to request new. Things just look grungy.

Our server was excellent and hard working during breakfast and the gentleman working the front desk was very personable and respectful.

Wonderful hotel, great staff, only thing is that the traffic noise from the road is pretty loud

One of the mattress was collapsed on one side and made a noticeable noise when you sat on it.
