Enjoyed being able to be with family in one place instead of a hotel. We enjoyed being able to cook supper together instead of eating out.

This was a fantastic place to stay. I would stay here over and over again and definitely recommend it.

The one upstairs bathroom toilet did not flush because the chain was broken. I called and left a message that it wasn’t working but also requested someone call me back so I could let them know it did not need to be fixed until we checked out, as we had 3 other bathrooms. I never received a call back and the toilet wasn’t fixed.

The unit had enough space for everyone to be comfortable. It was well kept.

We did arrive early (approximately 2pm). Our party had 2 individuals that were disabled and elderly. I spoke to the girl checking us in. She said it wasn’t a problem and she would call the housekeeper and let her know to please clean our house as a priority. She never made that request to the housekeeper. This upset me greatly. Do not lead a guest on about something like checking in early, if you have NO INTENTION of helping the guest.

The pool was nice.

We had mice! We called the front desk twice and no one called us back and nothing was done. They said we’ll call you back and never did. All she said was, “we can’t move you we have nothing to move you to. The mice got into our closed food items and ate it. I have proof of all of this. There were mice droppings everywhere. In the closet by our bed in the kitchen on the counters. There was also sewer flies bad.

The bad was uncomfortable pillow was too soft

Quiet. Clean and close to everything

A little hard to drive with all the hills , and wish was little closer to water, other than that loved it!
