It was close to SDC

I expected more. There was duct tape on the floor. The dryer stopped working and wouldn't turn on until we were leaving, Maybe it has a short. And the laundry room door handle fell off in my hand, but I put it back on as well (probably still need replaced). We couldn't sleep. Pillows are too small for the king bed. And you can hear everything in the room. The walls are very thin. When we got to the location, we had to drive a long way back to check in because there was a sign on the door that told us to. There should really be an email sent to say check in here, not drive to your location to turn around and drive 6 miles backward. Overall, I wasn't impressed. The staff was helpful, though. Had i known this survey would have asked for photos, i would have taken them.

The property was very pretty to look at in. The pool was nice.

What I didn’t like about the properties that it had roaches, I had seen two mice and they were droppings in the corners of the rooms and in the bathroom on the barstool was not happy about that at all

The size of the room was great! We had a two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse with a kitchen and living room.

The check in process was confusing. I did not realize this was part of a time share until I tried to extend my stay before leaving for the trip. I was told my trip could be extended but it would be on a different property and I’d have to attend a time share meeting. With two kids and just needing a relaxing vacation, I was not willing to do that. I offered to pay for the extra day up front, but because I was not willing to attend the meeting, they would not extend my stay. Also the check in lobby is on a different property about 15 minutes away from The Lodges At Table Rock.
