Heritage Inn

My second day there, no one clean my room . There were no clean towels and my room didn't get clean up. My bed wasn't made. Other than that. the stay was ok. My son rental a room also, and there was no towels in there room at all. This is very poor service.

It was just an overnight stay after the Sugar Bowl game. The price was great and the room was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Check in was easy and the staff was all friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel with friendly staff but no breakfast as advertised.

The place is very clean and quiet, plus the staff is so friendly and breakfast was yummy in a box. Thank you so much!

Had a mix up at check in, was solved rather quickly. Room was fine. A bit of a disappointment, advertised a breakfast, had nothing. I understand covid concerns, I really do. There must be a solution, we,ve been given “bag” breakfasts, granola bar, juice and fruit, seen employees fill to go orders, a coupon to McDonald’s, something. It feels like we paid for an amenity and didn’t receive it.

Everything was good

The facilities in general, and the room, were good. Everything was cleaned and everything worked. Downsides: Check in took longer than it should have. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but so much so that it slowed him down. The exercise room equipment was old but worked. Both of the above were not a big deal, but the false advertising about the complimentary breakfast was bad. Five people during check in heard the clerk say the breakfast included such things as sausage, eggs, etc. However, the only solid food at breakfast was prepackaged oatmeal, and muffins. There was not even any bread, what to speak of sausage or eggs. I don’t care exactly what is on the breakfast menu as long as it is accurately portrayed.

The hotel room was clean and properly stocked. The staff were nice and polite. The issue I have is that they are advertising a breakfast both on the website and on a huge banner on the wall above the breakfast bar but they are using the excuse that because of COVID they are not making breakfast. I can go to another hotel close by and they have no trouble with breakfast. Do not advertise that you have breakfast and give that excuse for not having it.

I liked they let me check in early. Hotel is a bit overpriced and they still don’t have breakfast. There was a dirty towel hanging on the shower when I got to my room. Only reason I stay is because it’s close to work.
