Vihren Royal Palace

Excellent stay, even though it was the end of the winter season. Generous breakfast with a wide range of food. Dinner also exceeded our expectations. Would definitely visit again. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Great stay un this hotel.

The location is perfect. Next to the Gondola lift and everything. There is also an underground private parking (15bgn per day). The hotel is very clean. Spa area is nice. Also nice room for breakfast. There was a man responsible for everything, seemed to run the hotel, that was really kind and willing to help.

The rooms seemed very old, a renovation is absolutely needed. Our apartment had a not at all useful kitchen (taking place for no reason) equipped with nothing, you couldn't have even a coffee or tea. I didn't like the fact that when I asked the reception if I can have the room 2 more hours after the scheduled check out, they replied that it would cost 20bgn per hour (but at most hotels they usually agree for free if the room is available of course) and even when I asked 10 extra minutes at the check out to get the luggage at the car, they replied the same, although the room was available.
