Walls too thin… hear everything

Very close to Gondala , great spa facilities , friendly helpful staff Breakfast was good, plenty of choice although cooked breakfast food was warm and not hot

Rooms were comfortable but a little dated

Location perfect, facilities excellent with both restaurant and spa refreshed and improved since last year.

This may sound petty and some people may like it but the perfumed smell in the reception area was very overpowering.

spa premises didnt work until 3-4pm, so if you want to skip ski day and do spa you cant do earlier! Only the jacuzzies and pool are working earlier

Facilities been upgraded a bit.

Prices have rocket since last coming as come every year. Now will be considering Italy ahead of it as it’s not longer value for money. Food and drink in the area almost double. People not very friendly and rude when serving you. Even the price just to park the car at the hotel has gone up and astonishing amount. Sad as the things Bansko had going for it are no longer its strength.
