Spa and breakfast were excellent. Location to gondola couldn’t be better!

Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30, so it’s a bit rushed to get to the gondola before you end up in a queue for 2-3 hours. Our room was ok but very dated and the maid service only replaced towels and part made the beds every few days. It was not cleaned at all over the week and nothing was provided in the room for us to clean ourselves.

"I’ll never go back there again in my life"

Nothing

It’s not clean, the rooms smell bad. All key cards opening all rooms, at any given point any guest of the hotel can get into any room. The rooms we were assigned were occupied and the guests staying there shouted at us. I took us 2 hours of wondering around the hotel accompanied by the staff just in order to check in. I’ll never go back there.
